Bought one of these damascus blades. What should I do handle wise? I am considering clamping it up and skeletonizing the handle in the mill. Then I could wrap it in para cord much like the Izula knife.

For me, I think nice dark hardwood scales would look great. While paracord will work, I think that leather would give it a bit more style if that's the route you want to take.

I would like to get some OD micarta scales and a nice brown pouch sheath.
What would you call the threaded bushing things you use to hold the handle sides on with?

I use screw posts - I believe it's the same thing as Chicago screws. The last scales I attached I used the stainless screw posts (brass and aluminum are other otions). Since the heads are a bit large, I just chucked the posts up in a drill and spun them on a stationary file to make the heads smaller (the brass will file down much faster than the stainless).
