Several stashes

I was thinking about getting some ammo cans , 5 or 6 , stocked with basic survival needs. Then take them out in the woods where I would most likely end up if SHTF, and bury them.All in different locations. Does anyone here do this?. Thanks Dale

Nothing wrong with it. It makes the assumption you can get to them if you need them. You might start out with less than what you need thinking you'll resupply at your cache. Then you find out you can't get to them or someone else beat you to them.
