do any of you dig and dry sassafras root for use in making tea?

Should be a thread somewhere. We kicked it around a few months ago and never did get it straight if it was good as a spring tonic, just a good tea or if it caused cancer. I was on the good stuff side.

Depending on who you ask everything causes cancer.

ive drank alot of it in my lifetime and as far as i know im cancer free. im on the good stuff side also,lol.
and i do agree with Sam in this instance. depending on who ya talk to, everything causes cancer.
