I'd read some of that information years ago and just got to wondering about it,so I looked it up. Pretty handy format huh?
I just have to ask...who WANTS to know the nutritional value of Sandhill Crane? I mean, come on. Those are some bony legs.

I have to check, but it seems to me that they got the USDA Std and the USDA Choice mixed up. :confused:

I've never heard a moose referred to as a tree rat before, interesting. Doesn't have anything to do with their really dark brown hide does it?
