Fruit Leather

We just got a new (from Craigslist.com) dehydrator and I have my first batch of jerky going right now. My wife is interested in making fruit rollup, or fruit leather. Any tips, hints, suggestions, recipes?

By the way, Rick, I used your recipe for the jerky. Looks like a winner. Thanks a bunch! :)
