I was just scrolling thru the threads as normal and noticed I was now a "senior member." What a short time I've been here too. :) I read a lot more than I post since I'm a survival dummy. Just got tickled at seeing "senior."

I also just watched Bear Grylls pee on his hand to get a knife unfrozen from it. Go Discovery channel.

Does it feel good? Of course it does. I mean the senior member part, not the Bear Grylls part. It means you have survived and attained a superior internet personna on Wilderness Survival.net/forums, "The best outdoor and wilderness survival forum on the internet." Welcome to the ranks comrade. :D:cool:

Took me a long time to get to Sr. Member. But the next 200 came fast. Now, I have a different job and I don't post nearly as regularly.

I watched that episode last night too. What a crock. It's funny because it was Man vs. Wild and Survivorman that led me to this site. Since I joined, and the more I've read, I now believe that Bear is all about shock. Seriously, who drinks their own urine, who jumps into a frozen lake in Siberia for no reason whatsoever? All that being said, I do enjoy watching Les Stroud.

My morning routine involves checking this site and forums.officer.com as soon as I get to my office. I typically do it before going home too (like now).
