smoked brisket

heres the brisket currently on the smoker.

i thas been there around 3 hours (i got a late start) and has 4 or 5 more

this will be served at tomorrows fathers day meal at moms

I'll hang around if you don't mind. That brisket looks pretty darn good!

I've got 10 - 1/2 racks of baby ribs dry rubbed and in the fridge. I'm not going to smoke these. I'm just going to grill them on indirect heat tomorrow. Actually, TDW is because it's father's day and all.

to morrows lunch will be
tater salad
fried okra
purple hull
green beans
fresh rolls
fresh veggie tray for a splash of color
smoked chicken salad
fruit salad and watermelon
fresh peach cobbler
and i've requested a sweet potato pie
