You can store them for years.

It's never recommended to keep canned goods for more than a year but I have kept very acid things a little longer.

Don't bang the tops and keep them in a cool dark place, of course.

Depends on how you pickle them Omid and what kind of peppers you use. Sweet banana are my favorites and they aren't spicy at all.

What kind of recipe do you use? I have made Green Tomato Chutney in the past, which my brother loves, but which I only seem to eat half a pint of in an entire year. I'd like a more versatile recipe.
