Columbia river makes a few i've carried a KISS tanto for years. Smith and wesson or browning make several small fixed blade hunter/skinner type.

Hey Sobeit, how about making your way over to the introduction section and tell us a bit about yourself. You can find it here http://www.wilderness-survival.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=14

yep cold steel has some small neck knives in classic patterns under 15 dollars most places could double as neck knives.

Am I wrong or are you looking for a pocket knife to do camp work, skinning, making traps etc while bar hunting with the big un'? I love my K-Bar also and it turned 43 this year. Consider a Case stockman, no locking blades but you have a handful of good blades that will do anything you want. When I was a kid nobody in KY that I knew carried anything but a pocket knife all the time and used it for deer to fish and everything in between. Take a look at one and give it a thought.
