View Full Version : Dinner Tonight
In between posts, I put together some venison meatballs. Gonna' pile 'em on top of some whole-grain linguine with a garlic-herb butter sauce, zucchini, mushrooms, VIDALIA onions (THANK YOU, CRASH!!!!), and peppers. It's almost done. Time to pop open that bottle of wine.
Just thought I'd mention this 'cause my venison supply is getting low and I have extra freezer space to store venison for my Forum friends. :D

How about this for dinner, fresh caught trout, bbq, with fresh fiddleheads, and local potatoes. That was our dinner last night....gotta love living on the Miramichi.

I'm going to give a second attempt at home made spam pizza tonight.
If it turns out I'll give a post about it.
Note: First attempt was not worth commenting about but that's how these things go sometimes...LOL:eek:

Meat
Amazing stuff. You don't want to know how many cans of that I have. AND, my wife hates it. Oh, lucky me!!
Turkey Spam's good, too. They got all sorts of varieties now. Check out the McDonald's breakfasts in Hawaii. Yep. Spam is featured at McDonald's. (and chorico - that spicy Portuguese sausage we get here in Mass.) But I still prefer canned corned beef.
