Free TURKEYS, My favorite price.....

Picked up the two free turkeys today. Peepers 1, and Peepers 2. They are 4 1/2 weeks old. And are running loose in the cabin.

Question: How can one bird 1/2 the size of a obese Robin take a dump every 40 seconds that would make an Elephant proud. One 7 oz. bird puts out 82 pounds of fertilizer an hour.........:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Couple years ago my survivor mom tried raising some turkeys. Some critter got into their pen and devastated the flock. One turkey managed to escape (we named him Rupert - as in Rupert from that Survivor show).

Rupert is still around running in the wild with the wild turkeys. He is easy to identify because of his light coloring.
