Can not upload pictures

Every time I'll try to upload a picture, the following text appears (exceeds your quota by ....kb, etc)
Help....?

then if that fails - you will need a photo editor to reduce content. 72 pixels at 7 inches horizontally I use photoshop lite which is cheap and fits my needs.


Photoshop offers an online free service to do basic editing.

Your picture is too large and needs to be re-sized. 640 X 480 is a good size to work with.

...........or you can use a 3rd party hosting site. Photobucket is no longer a good option with their new policies, but others, like IMGUR work well.
