If anyone has some good herbal recipes they could post them here. One simple one I know that just about every one has access to is hot water with lemon juice and honey in it. My brothers usually ask me to make it for them when there sick. It’s good for colds and hangovers. Also helps to put a little ginger roots in it.

Some good websites that lists medicinal plants and there uses.

Two of the plants I use the most for medicine are oak and plantain. By steeping the acorns of an oak tree in water I get a mixture of tannic acid, which ive used a lot on scratches, cuts or burns I am worried about while out in the woods(or as a stain on clothing when im bored). The older leaves from a plantain plant (no no the things that look like a banana) that arent very good to eat when boiled often make a really strong tea which helps to soothe bad bruises.

Crushed plantain leaves also draws toxins from wounds.

Those are good links owl_girl, thanks. I had the benefit many years ago of being befriended by an elderly native lady and she showed me different roots, mosses and plants that her people used traditionally, but neither of us knew the European names for them 9at least she knew the Indian names) I can't remember all the things she showed me but her knowledge was profuse to say the least. So, I can't contribute much information to the thread but if someone was to go for a walk in the bush with me, I could point some of them out, lol.
