Can I eat this plant? " Well I know I can eat it" but like my cousin says" everything is edible atleast once"....If so what is it called and what are some ways to prepare it.

I understand the young seeds taste like sunflower seeds although I have not tried it. I have some growing in the flower bed.

Invasive. You don't want to keep it around to eat it.

It's a mallow, in the hibiscus family. Wouldn't recommend eating any part of it.
