Without a buyer there is no market for the seller. As long as it is between private individuals, I believe some may call that process capitalism.

I'd buy it I mean I probably have 4 or 5 mill in pocket change laying around but then I'd get all settled in only to find the light at the other end really is a train.

That is pretty cool. If the long stretch follows the river, then the fact that it is 200 ft wide doesn't matter much, because the land is really dry once you leave the river.
