"Survivor" show in Russia is reportedly popular according to this report:

This is probably more entertaining than the one on CBS despite the "thought control". Consider that these PR guys were able to take a "plain vanilla" mid-level agency operative and groom his appearance to be a powerful world leader. What can they do for ordinary Russian citizens after a few weeks in the Siberian Wilderness. I am intrigued.
