this is the twin bag to the one I just bought, I've had this one for about a year now and a few months back decided it would be a dedicated truck first aid kit.
Future plan is to have it modified with velcro to make it a rip away bag so i can mount it and have a grab n go feature

Cool.........Nice sized kit....... where do you keep it in the truck?
Used to use the in glove box kit more, then expanded it and ended up packed in the back.

BTW aspirins and Benadryl went bad in the glove box.

it currently rides in the back seat with the GHB

That is a nice bag. The trouble with bags is finding a place to throw them. The back seat in my truck is loaded with gear as is the storage area in the rear of the van. I need a truck to haul the gear for my truck!

As I sat on the edge of my brand drive way, with fresh clay, in the pouring rain....truck almost rolled over sideways, off the side of the hill.......My first thought was what in all the gear on the back seat is gonna beat my brains out when I start rolling down the hill.......

I try not to have too much loose.

That was something we were always cautioned about when I worked outside. When they did truck inspections that was usually on the bad check list. It's a real threat. I'm just hoping the bags are soft and cushion the hard stuff inside. Maybe the wool blanket will hit me first.

My truck seat covers have a pocket on the back side of the front seats........carry a lot of stuff there.
Pockets on the front and sides as well....I love pockets.

my plan is to make one of them rip away type systems ( I posted a picture of it here but cant find it) and mount it in front of the rear at the bottom, no one rides back there too much anyway!

I have been using a rigid waterproof plastic box for my truck first aid kit and it fits beneath the rear seat. Items that I use most often, like bandaids ride in the rear door pocket. I am contemplating changing to canvas/nylon pouches, which would also fit under the rear seat. Being waterproof doesn't seen to be too important as most items are already in waterproof packaging. Still thinking that through!
