A rather lengthy article, admittedly I didn't have time to get through all of it. But it looks like another program lacking judicial or congressional oversight. One where this Administration gets to act as judge, jury, and executioner. Does anyone else notice a trend here? There seems to be widespread disdain for any accountability within this Administration.

I hope the Guardian has a crack team of lawyers and accountants. Scoops like this could land them on this adminisration's unfriendly list.
