This is not a U-tube clip. It it a full length documentary and a good one. It follows a family on their year long cycle of life in the Tiaga of Russia. Not a nomadic primitive tribe but a family with wife and kids stationed in a small villiage and husband out in the bush for the trapping season.
I found this film contained more real life survival knowledge than One might absorb in a single setting and is worth owning.
One amazing thing I found was that the trappers of the Tiaga have access to multiple firearms and gun control in Russia is not all the NRA claims it to be. In one scene the trapper is loading his boat for the trip downriver and has in one scene a .22lr, SKS, MN carbine and 12 ga O/U shotgun!
This film belongs in everyone's library.
