I'm a member of Contingency Planning and Management (CPM) and they send out periodic emails on a wide variety of subjects. Here's one about identifying patterns established by 911 calls.

Here in Cincy the News and Cincy Police did a study and they called 911, 4 out of 5 times they were each put on hold and the Police also even after saying they were on duty police officers. Talk about useless.
