Going Fishing...

Well it's a little past 5 am and I'm off to fish the last club bass tournament of the year. I've got enough clothes to insulate a small house cause it's going to be freaking cold. Wish me luck, hopefully I'll have some pics of some big bass when I get back.

I went fishing today.... was hoping to get a Bass, got nothing. Tried my fav cranks with slow & fast retrieve, and popping the rod... all kinds of variations, nothing worked. Tried drop shot several times, nothing

I think someone came last night and removed all the fish, I hope they put them back... Id like to catch one some day! :-0

I'm waiting for about a week long stretch of nice weather before I go fishing again.

I only caught one keeper (1.48 lbs) and about 15 shorts. Big bass won with a 5.48 pounder and the 5 bass won with 12 something pounds. It was cold... really cold, the ramp and the boats had ice on them and when we hit 65 screaming across the lake I didn't think my face would ever regain feeling... It was a fun excursion and a good break though.
