That is sad and scary at the same time. It should be within a persons constitutional rights to be prepared, which is all most preppers are trying to do. If that is all true, then FEMA should be on the no fly list!

I'm not an expert here but I get the impression that he likely made the no-fly list because of his milita affiliation(s).

However, I think the entire process has gotten out of hand. Our constitution used to offer protection from unreasonable search and seizure, along with due process if issues arose. Government should respect the rights of every American citizen instead of victimizing them at will. As long as we allow secretive government agencies to operate outside of our constitution, we remain at risk of being victimized at their discretion.
