Alice pack instructional video?

My first post here and need some guidance. Is there an instructional video anywhere that shows how to use this pack? I just purchased a large (good idea vs a med)? Alice and haven't messed with it much, but would really like some sort of basic instructions of how all the straps work and for what purpose. I'm a quick learner, so someone plz point me in the right direction.

dont forget to take a look in youtube. there are all kinds of videos on ALICE packs, mods, etc in there.
