Cooking bacon and eggs in a paper bag is easy and fun. In this video I will take you step by step through the process of frying your favorite breakfast in a paper bag over hot coals.

I teach this to new scout leaders as to what you can do with the least amount of equipment.

We teach it at all of our BSA Outdoor Leadership Skills training for Cub Scout to Boy Scout leaders. It's a good physics lesson too.

Sure it would work great in my opinion! The stove produced a nice bed of coals. When I train scouts I use charcoal so I have no doubt it would work really good. If you try it please send me a pm and let me know how it worked.

Yes, that works. But a bit more labor intensive than the way I learned to do it 50 years ago.
Also ... no cooking on it's side with a stick.

Plus, I make "scrambled" eggs using just a regular campfire.

Will attempt to make a video to show my method as soon as camera is fixed.
