I have a gently used medium ALICE that I an putting as a raffle prize.

All donations go to the Department of Caring or to fund the upcomming forum camp, whichever Crash considers appropriate.

Chances will be $5 each. Post you are "IN" and send the money directly to Crash (NOT TO ME). PM him for proper method. After a reasonable period of time Crash will close the raffle and draw a name. I would hope that a bunch of people get in on this one and support the forum

I will pay shipping, so there will be no additional cost to the winner.

This will be a good chance for one of the new-commers to the forum or a newcommer to the outdoor sports, to acquire an good pack, or one of the oldtimers to continue punishing themselves.

As I said, this pack is the medium ALICE, one large bag, one inside pocket, three outside pockets. All hardware is intact, all the snaps are present and working. Both straps are complete with the QD dump latch on the right hand strap intact.

The frame is intact with suspension brace intact and hip belt present.

Photos taken today at noon and not 10 years ago. What you see is what you get and it is in better shape than 99% of the surplus crap out there today.

I already have 1 medium and 2 large ALICE packs. They're awesome and you can put more in them than you think. I personally like the medium better. Jump on it folks. It's a great pack and it's for a good cause.

Totally up to you Crash. As far as I am concerned all the chances one wants at $5 each is more in the pot for the forum.

I am supplying the pack and shipping, you set the rules, you decide the time limit and make the draw. I just want to keep clear of handling the $$$ or picking the winner. I trust your 2nd party honesty without question.

This is sort of the Midwest version. Of course, everyone is welcome. There has been talk of other jamborees throughout the country but I think the only other one might have been down south a couple of years ago.

We had three in Florida early on, and there was one in Alaska. The annual one is the grand daddy of them all and usually gets the biggest turnout.

I would be up for a Florida camp sometime after hurricane season. Possibly January or Feb, about the time I am going cabin fever bonkers!

Where I live in KY is further north than half of Illinois and 1/3 of Indiania. We get winter here!

22 inches (55.9 cm) long X 13 inches (33 cm) wide. Should work in the overhead for you. Just don't stuff it too full.

I have 120 in my account, is that enough crash? what limitations do we have? do you wash dishes, make food, vacuum? Drive 30 minutes away back and forth 4 times a day, while only 2 miles over the speedlimit because we dont have insurance? lemme know.
