Mowing a steep bank

Caving around looking for an option for mowing the bank....I think I might have found another option.
This was built by a guy and posted on a tractor forum....Trying to find the link...when i do I'll post it.

kewl outfit. A electric fence and a couple goats will take care of it for ya too. If really knarly area a couple hogs.

Turf tires? That guy can't know steep.

If you can make perpendicular runs to the contour lines, that'll work.
