Rechargeable D Cell Batteries

I have been to 4 or 5 Walmarts several times in the last month to get rechargeable D cell batteries and they are out. I asked today and they checked there supply system and there aren't any in their warehouses!!!!!

My radio, lights, everything relies on these batteries. I even got a solar charger for D cells.

Is anyone else finding this shortage in your areas?

Amazon seems to always to have batteries.

Perhaps Walmart is in the process of changing suppliers or the supplier they are using is having production problems. Try someplace else. There's tons of rechargables out there.
