storage containers

I am searching in vain for some metal containers ... #10 cans with pry out lids like paint cans ... also 1 gallon cans with smaller screw off lids to use for veggy oil storage ... I amk finding that plastic containers for solvents ( cleaners) and oils are not going to work long term ... where can I get them .. cant seem to find a suipplier in Canada that will sell other than to a business ! is thr anything Stateside ?? thanks ... Mike

Grainger has cans. I don't know if they are food safe. Their costumer service would know.

Uline canada also has cans. Check out minimum quantities. Some places want you to purchase a case. Make sure lids are included. I purchased cans for the QC lab were I worked. You should also be aware that there are lined cans. Check to see id the lining is also food safe.

You will probably be disheartened when you see what the minimum purchase is. Something like 300 cans. I've discussed this w/Disrick. Those blamed things are expensive when you have to buy so many.
