Also, it appeared that he has another round not go off earlier in the sequence. I would also be checking out the firearm to make sure it is not malfunctioning.

I'd also like to point out his technique, or lack thereof, of holding the shotgun. This probably explains why he missed his target at first, from about ten feet.

I think this video may be fake, if you watch the part where the gun fires the muzzle looks like it goes through his hand. Plus the gun moves before it shoots....
