It won't be long before it's mosquito time again, particularly for those you in the south and certainly for Jay. There are a ton of urban legends that offer home grown remedies for keeping them at bay. So, before the onslaught starts, here's a link to Florida State University and some good mosquito advice.

By the way, bananas have no affect on mosquitoes unless, of course, you hit them with one.

Never seen a mosquito munching on one, so I honestly dont know :D

As long as they leave the hot peppers alone I am OK!

I have seen only 2 or 3 in this area in the last few years. Too much wind in this high desert for them.

all the mosquitoes that didn't make the military grade are gonna slip through on ya WG.


But, speaking of insects, I read yesterday that an ant can carry 50 times it's own body weight. I thought "oh how timely, finding this out now. I was just wondering how I was going to move that potato chip across town..."
