Kind of like milk crates, but flimsier. The Sterilite ones are on sale at Wal-Mart now for $1 a piece. Good for organizing your gear.

Taking a couple camping this weekend:

Great reminder, I use them all the time, in vechicals, as shelves, and cargo basket's on the four wheelers, even a non-roll around holder for 20Lb propane tanks.

Have to look into these crates. Sometimes the wife gets upset with things rolling around in the back of the Trail Blazer. Price sure sounds good anyway.

I'm loosing confidence in Wally world. Went to the brandy new super store here in town. They not only didn't have these crates for a$1, they didn't have them at any price. Asked one of the team leaders that is helping get the store going and her answer was,"I don't know that we have those in any of our stores." Oh yeah. Love that walmart

It looks like they are an in store only item. It's called a Sterilite File Crate.

Hunter - You posted that about the propane bottles once before and I was going to get some for that reason. Then I forgot all about it and you forgot to remind me. Thanks, buddy.

Milk crates are awesome and I've never met a Milk Crate Enforcement Agent. The dreaded MCEA.

When I moved to Tx is 1999, I moved with 149 milkcrates. Still had them when I needed to come home 10 months later. Long 10 months there.

Plastic crates are amazing. They hold so much stuff and stack nicely by fitting into eachother. We use them to hold all kinds of stuff from tools to miscellaneous supplies. As soon as I get my cherokee I'll be putting quite a few in the back for storage.

They initially had them at our stores, for back to school, at around $3.00 each. Once that was over, they went on clearance.

Camping pics forthcoming ;)
