Well I am back working on the cabin project. I bought a toilet ($99.00). Should have it up and running by early October.

Moved the door'less outhouse off it's old location, and it will evolve into a generator house by early November.

Figure to turn the goose barn into a gray-water laundry room and un-heated pantry, it will be dry, as in no running water, but water can be bucketed from the creek and hand dumped into the washer.

I have lost 5 geese to a single wolf over the last 16 days. Ain't had much bear problems this spring.......YET.

First TV now a flush commode. I'm starting to believe the world just might end or freeze over.

Could a woman be too far behind?!
Now you're on the right track, SD--gotta set your priorities right.

I had a contractor that would occasionally acquire a used toilet. Then, leave it in his ex's front yard.

That is freaking genius... lol

In about a month I'm heading up to new hampshire to do some work on a customers cabin. Pretty sweet deal. Getting paid to fix it up and hang out for a few days. They also said that if they aren't using it, I'm welcome to go up for a weekend any other time.

Gotta fix the roof and install a composting toilet.

Way back when, DW laid down the rules for have an amish built cabin hauled to the property.
After 12 years of port-a-potty, and composting toilets, that was her only requirment.

So with a cabin, instead of a trailer....with a well, running water, a septic system, installed plumbing, and fixtures......and about $12K....She/We can now can float a tird.
Priceless.....
So SD,..... What's her name?
