Winter is over and all of us are becoming more mobile. Hiking, walking, backpacking or just mowing the yard is more activity that we're used to after a few months of sitting on our bums. It would not be a bad idea to have a check up with your doctor, if you haven't recently done so, just to make certain your health is up for the challenge. Having blood work done can reveal some unsettling and possibly dangerous conditions after being sedentary all winter. Or let you know that things are A-Okay.
