Ok, I have a big hunk of uncooked London Broil in the freezer, I am out of propane so I cant grill it, I was thinking about putting it in the crock pot with some veggies and making a stew,, do you think it would be good to cook that way ? or will it be too tough? :)

That is an excellent way to cook it. When I do it, the meat flakes apart. A yummy soup / stew. I usually prepare with whatever veggies are available, and occassionaly with canned gravy or a creamy canned soup (just to add a bit of flavor). The good thing is, there is no rules, just put in whatever you like. I also cook it for 12- 14 hours.
