so it's not on gerber's site but this looks like just the thing for all you gaget nuts out there [image is a clickable link]:

A cast iron frying pan would be much more versatile, don't you think? And no one would suspect you but a guilty husband.

It might be ok for light duty Im thinkng the joints wouldn't hold up well under heavy chopping. But It still looks cool

their multitools don't all look like they'd hold up all that well either, but i've been impressed with a couple of them. i had one that are chain link for breakfast.

there's only one way to know.

It was supposed to be on the market in January of 09. But, Gerber never released any and just quietly discontinued the axe.

Does not look to me like we lost much. I'm with B on this one. I would rather have a good entrenching tool. You can dig, chop and fry supper on it.
