what's edible?

hey there i was wondering if anyone knows anything about water mocasins i caught one fishing and descided since i caught it i should eat it, i have never eaten snake before and wondered what it tastes like. i tryed alligator and it was good like chicken. well i wanted to know if its ok to eat a water mocasin?

you can eat a water moccasin but im not sure how to prepare it. They taste like catfish.

Take off the head, then find the hole towards the bottom, stick your knife in, and cut all the way up to the head. Tear out the guts,
