Mk 31 pen flare launcher

I have a civilian copy of the MK 31 Pen flare launcher made or sold by Penguin Industries.

I understand this maybe is the same flare launcher used by the military.

I need a part or two. Any ideas on where to obtain the parts. A search of the internet didn't lead me anywhere,

What parts do you need? There are only about 5 parts to the launcher
1: the body (ie. the tube)
2: the spring
3: the bolt/firingpin
4: the handle ( which screws into the bolt)
5: the eyelet (at the base for tying off to your SV-2 survival vest)
