Here is a free ebook covering the items of the title. It's not terribly long and has several illustrations in it. It is a nice read with some interesting facts that I thought many would enjoy.

"He had heard of a Pawnee who made a coat from four elk skins, two forming the front and two the back. Between each pair of skins was placed sand. A helmet was made in like manner. It covered the back of the head and extended over the forehead, coming down as far as the eyes. When the Pawnee noticed an arrow coming toward him, he bowed his head forward."

That is very cool, thanks.
Did you try to pronounce some of the names of things? Must have a special alphabet, or translating software.

I read that paragraph above and got to thinking about this poor guy going into battle and seeing his buddies getting whacked. So he goes home and makes this 400 lb fur coat, full of sand. That's sounds like something I'd try.
