I am going pier fishing this weekend with my family and I sold the fillet knife I told myself I was going to keep. It happens every year at fishing season and when I go hunting. I end up selling the knife I plan to use. I still have a small friction folder I made, and I guess I got to look for mt rapala fillet knife. Which works well BTW.

You should start making doubles of all your knives. You could keep one and I could keep the other. =)

i do that with pretty much every knife i make. i start out making a knife for myself, or deciding i just have to keep it when i see how it is turning out, and then *poof* it's got some place it needs to go for one reason or another.
