Hows about headin' over to the "intro" section & tell us a bit more about yourself "esp"? Use the sticky to get the template. I don't know about all on here but I don't like talkin' to strangers. You start here:

I can't tell from the pics ESP, but none look too familiar to me.

No one's going to be able to ID those positively.
Only one looks vaguely familiar but the others suggest you are out of my zone.
No go.

Are most folks on here from the northern part of the US? I am in NE AL.

Your_Comforting_Company (YCC) may be able to offer some advice.

There are quite a few people from different areas on here (South included). I personally do not have enough knowledge on the topic to offer any advice - but I live in the South :D

its hard to tell by the pics but the tree looks like maybe a pecan. As for the others IDK.

As Dave Canterbury would say " I eat meat from four-legged animals" so I do need to work on my plant identification.

The first one looks like wandering jew, but the pic isn't really clear enough.
Second one, if I have to choose between Chervil and Groundsel, I'm going with groundsel. I need to see the top of the plant to be sure, but the chervil I'm familiar with looks nothing at all like that. Not even close.
I can't find my picture of groundsel, but here are a few pics of the chervil I am familiar with. Chaerophyllum procumbens, spreading chervil.

The rest aren't clear enough to tell.
I'm in the extreme southwest corner of Georgia.

Sorry I can't be more help than that.

I have a better pic of what we think is groundsel, it's on a dif plant, but looks the same, however, when I choos e"attach pic" for this post, it wants a url, and I just have the pic on my desktop, is there another way to post it?

It is definately in the Asteraceae family and I would say it is likely Senecio vulgaris (common groundsel).

You can check it against many plants here. It's tedious, but the only way to get a positive ID. try the Senecio genus, and work out from there.

From my "weeds" book: Alkaliods found in many Senecio species can cause liver disease in livestock. Humans are susceptible to exposure in herbal teas and dietary supplements. The concentrations of alkaloids is greatest in flowers but significant throughout the plant.

Maybe that'll give you a starting point anyway.
