So, we have been discussing the Nat Geo program, EMP, radios, GPS function etc.
From what I can gather, a metal box, completely surrounded, would serve as a "Faraday cage"?

I has been brought up that a ammo can could be considered a Faraday cage for small electronics, radios, SW, etc.

So I'm wondering about possibly a shipping container as a storage/garage for vehicles?
Would you need grounding straps between panels?

Making me wish I still had my ratty old 1992 Dodge van......one vehicle that most any part could fall off, (and did), but still could get you home, as long as you didn't mind getting your feet wet.

Unless it's a vet or a Saturn it already has a metal cage. The body.
