Luckily, there are some pretty universal plants out there. You can always look and find cat tails, thistle, bull rush, all of that stuff is safe and no matter how different the woods youre in are, you should be able to find that stuff.
Another great vid. Nice job. What pot are you using to boil the plants?

You're making me hungry IA. Now I wanna go out and get some more cattails. I wasn't too sure about the wood nettles until now though. I have some growing right down the street, but didn't feel like rubbin em on my arm to see if they sting the crap outta me. :) Now I don't have to.
Our cattails are just starting to get the flowerstalks.
