so i ordered mine saturday evening, should be here by thursday. i added a few things to mine, one is the 24hr timer and extra mats for dehydrating liquids, also this is the 9 tray, lydia, my mentor has had the 5 tray for many many years, so i had to get one based on her recomendation.
So i will be expanding my posts into the preserving forum from the wild edibles forum, as both will most likely go hand in hand.

That seems steep for a dehydrator but I'm sure it's worth it. They are very nice to have around.
