I spent a couple of days in Tampa for a pest control function. 2d's post about the NC BBQ thing reminded me to post this. It was sooooo good. I tried to snag some samples for everybody, but we had to feed 140 and there was not a crumb left over.

Mmmmm,mmmmmm! Ain't it amazin', that a hunk of pig, and some heat and smoke, from wood burning, can come together and taste that dang good?!?!:clap::tongue_smilie:
