New to this forum. Not new to foraging and homesteading.
We live on 5 acres with access to about 15 more to use for farming/gardening.
We do a lot of canning and a whole lot of dehydrating of both gardened and foraged foods amd medicinals.
We have access to better than 100 acres to forage which includes some swampy areas, a couple of lakes and dry forest areas.
Mostly vegetarian though we will eat meat when it is available to hunt and fish.
Looking forward to learning and sharing here.
As I`m sure many others are doing we are getting as set as we can for the SHTF times, which I am feeling is not long in coming.
Good wishes to all here.
