Now this is a ruthless piece I've been working on for a long time(about 2 years) off and on. The blade came from a golf course green mower. I have two of these blades but this one I will show. The other one I have not done anything with yet. this is very sharp. I cut through a two inch sapling with one whack.:smash: The handle is again like the knife is made of oak. and the pins are made from a cut off bolt with a round nut on both ends. This is still a work in progress. I have some other ideas with the handle.

Looks like you're on a roll, still like the look.

Ted has had this one in his hands. He said this thing is bad (meaning good).

very cool. i bet it functions better than the average machete with that long handle and thicker blade. nice job

I can see the headlines now. Golf courses report mower blades disappearing from machines...

Very nice. That looks like a wicked piece of metal.

Any place that uses vertical cut mowers. Maybe a golf course.

the same mower my kukri blade came from is needlessly having one of it's lades replaced soon. by most accounts, they are decent steel.

i can't see why anybody would replace a blade that could be completely fixed by 10 min against a file, and maybe a touch of light grinding, but hey; one person's waste steel is another person's knife.
