Anyone make Primtive Game Calls ... How To "you "do it ??? :D

I have made buck grunts from a 14" buck esophagus, round wooden piece of maple, a piece of deer sinew (to hold the block of wood in place,) and a wooden reed from a saxophone.

I also made an elk bugle from a 24" elk esophagus, a block of wood, sinew, and 1 1/2" wide natural rubber rubber-bands.
