1911 frame ID help

I got a call from an uncle of mine about a 1911 he bought.
Here is what he told me about it, its a colt frame with a clark slide, he wants to know what year the frame was made and cant find any info on it on line.
I did some research with the serial number he gave me and couldnt ID it as a colt frame. the serial # starts with 70B - 1XXXXXX colt serials arent numbered that way .

Anyone have any idea who does or how I could look it up Thanks .
