Perfect throw.

The throws were one rotaion throws. Since the knife is not made of heavy duty 1/4" stock, did not want to try 1.5 and 2 turns.

Actually, it threw pretty well.

Here are a few pics of the sheath.

Knife in the sheath.

Behind the knife handle between the two pieces of the leather that makes up the sheath is the altoids can that has been burned and pin pricked. It has most of the goodies that were in the box. The can fits in there really snug, but the bands provided add the extra hold.

Very nice FVR I have a set of the Big Gil Hibin tPro throwing knives but actually prefer a traditional knife.

I prefer 12 plus inch bowies, but will throw most anything.

NO. Those are three thick rubber bands that came with the kit. Thought maybe they would be used for a handle or something, worked better to hold the tin in place. Ductape, hmmmmffff, although, a little ductape would not be a bad thing.

There's no doubt some risque or, at the very least, some cheap and easy joke here. But I'll let it pass. She did get out but it was a sticky situation....... Go on, I kill myself. Seriously ladies and germs.........

Did the knife make it?

Did the knife make it?

Yup :)

In the process of figuring out what to do with it. Everyone already added nearly every thing I could think of. A friend modified the blade a bit (by the guard) for easier sharpening and stone-honed it to razor perfection. I will be adding a compass or magnet to the emergency kit, add char cloth, polish the tin lid for a signal mirror, and will begin my testing this weekend.
