My cousin sent me some pics of some hogs he killed this weekend and one of the pics has the 4th knife I ever made and gave to him as a gift. I also had a friend who went fishing along the border in north Mexico and caught an alligator. The other is from a guy who got a deer last weekend and sent me pics of the knife he got from me. It feels good when folks send in feed back and give praise on how well the knife worked. Even if it was bad feedback it would be welcome. I get to see where I need to correct my process. Anyways here are the pics. A little gory so I apologize for that.

When I send out a knife I get nervouse that the new owner won't like the knife. I put so much into doing the best I can. To get a bad review would hurt but, so far so good.

They are not nearly as pretty now. But! They will be again when they get cleaned up. Nice job. Nice to see art being put to good use.

To me, that is the true sign of a great knifemaker!! Looks like these have passed the test!! Nice work.

Gator hides are hard on knives. Good test. Though, I wouldn't skin a gator like that. I use hooked razor blades to split the hide. Makes a quick chore out of it and since we have to hunt at night. We are usually wanting to get it done and get to bed. LOL
